Violette Lagouine released her first album « Ta mouche » after self-recording and producing it. It’s a story of metamorphosis and discussions with animals. It’s exploring folk-punk, it’s grave and it’s soft. French native Violette Lagouine is a singer-songwriter based in Budapest. Her wistful and sometimes opera-like voice make her songs dreamy and whimsical. She takes inspiration from different genres to create an experimental folk and adress emotions as organic materials. Gyermekkorát vidéken, a természettel való szoros együttműködésben töltötte, ami a mai napig meghatározza emberileg és zeneileg is. Dalaira jellemző a természeti elemek és az ember belső világának párhuzamba vonása. Zenéjét misztikus, mesés, néhol filozofikus szövegek és melankólikus dallamok jellemzik, fingerpicking gitárral kísérve. Franny is a Budapest-based folk musician. Regularly playing concerts for the past four years, her first album, "In the Garden", has been released in the summer of ‘24. Raised in close proximity to nature, she still draws most of her inspiration from all the natural things that surround us. In her songs, natural elements often serve as symbols, metaphors for the inner life of people. Her music is built on mystical lyrics and melancholic tunes, accompanied by fingerstyle guitar.
